Many of us are seeking breakthrough in our lives and we believe it is God’s desire to break-through to us. Throughout scripture, God’s people have chosen fasting and prayer as a way to invite him not only into the purpose but the process of spiritual transformation and growth. Throughout Lent we will follow Jesus’ example during his forty days in the wilderness by devoting ourselves to prayer and fasting. In light of COVID-19 and all its’ ramifications, we are pausing and postponing our Here For Good: Building Fundraiser Campaign and instead shifting the Here For Good focus toward Benevolence – and how our church can best support, help and love our community practically and proactively as the body of Christ. Together, we are the church. And through the power of the Spirit we will remain a beacon of hope and source of relief in our city.
