Who doesn’t love a delicious smoothie! Here’s a yummy recipe to make smoothies as a family that’ll be sure to cool everyone off and provide energy. Enjoy!

Spinach Colada

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Spinach (Organic)
1 Cup Coconut Water (If Too Sweet for You Cut With Plain Water)
1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
½ Cup Frozen Peaches
½ Tablespoon Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in high speed blender

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Coconut Or Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup Mixed Or Berry Of Your Choice (Can Use Frozen)
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 Cup Organic Oats
½ Tablespoon Ground Chia Or Flax Seeds
Dash Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Mix well in blender, adding in a little ice if you like, while blending.
Apple Pie Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (Can Use Vanilla Unsweetened)
1 Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 Peeled And Chopped Apple
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Cup Oats
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax
optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (non-alcohol)
DIRECTIONS
Mix well in blender, adding in a little ice if you like, while blending.
Nutty Berry
INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
½ Cup Filtered Water
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
½ Cup Berries of your choice (Fresh Or Frozen)
½ Banana
1 Handful Spinach
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
DIRECTIONS
Mix well in blender, adding in a little ice if you like, while blending.
PB & Cacao Madness
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Almond Milk (you can also use chocolate almond milk and not use raw cacao!)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
Optional: ½ Tablespoon Ground Flax
DIRECTIONS
Mix well in blender, adding in a little ice if you like, while blending.
Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries (
1 Banana
4 Tablespoons Vanilla Yogurt (You can also use Greek)
1/2  Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Fruit Juice of Choice
1 Tablespoon Flax Meal
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in high speed blender.
Vita C
Ingredients
2 small peeled tangelos or another type such as mandarins OR 1 large orange
1/2 cup mango (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (I use virgin or unrefined)
1 heaping spoonful of whole milk vanilla yogurt (I used vanilla but plain would work or any other kind you have)
Dash of ground turmeric
Add a little bit of filtered water if it’s too thick, starting with a tablespoon at a time.
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
